Jenny gave a talk at the 2024 International Lowe Syndrome Symposium at Purdue University. The talk described how changes in actin and lipid balance that arise from loss of OCRL1 can be partially compensated by targeting another enzyme in phosphoinositide lipid metabolism, phosphoinositide 3-kinase.
